Sometimes we have customers with their email registered to another shop consultant, that’s OK, we can still have them transferred over to us.
Below is the email copy that your customer will need to send to corporate. Please advise the customer that it has to be emailed from their email address that’s attached to their customer profile in question. Please note that this process usually takes about 24 hours and you sometimes get an email confirmation. Check your back office to make sure the customer was transferred in a day or two.

Dear Market America, I (customer name goes here) would like to transfer my preferred customer account to ADD YOUR NAME HERE Distributor ID# *********. If you have any questions please let me know.
